Financial agreements

Depending on the services requested by the Client, we will kindly communicate the price of the services which will include our fees and other costs.
The client who made a first payment is considered to have fully accepted the price of the services which will be fulfilled by the Law Firm.
We kindly advice you that, after a customer has made a first payment, a cancelled service/annulment by the mandator/client is not fully or partially refunded. So, if a client will cancel the ordered services (for any reason such as: the new health crisis caused by COVID19; the emergency state declared due to the coronavirus COVID 19; the long time in which his/her request is processed by foreign and / or Romanian authorities; failure to obtain additional documents requested by Romanian authorities, etc. .), no amount of money advanced by him as a fee or other expenses (translation costs, international courier costs, Apostils costs, etc.) may be refunded in full or in part.
